INTERVIEW
Some elements hinder your resume like unimportant dates, punctuations, articles, phrases, etc. Avoid listing these as they won’t add to your resume and may impede the readability.
Highlight your skills:
Describe your mastered skills which can benefit the company. This may catch the attention of the interviewer. Don’t emphasize much on the unnecessary stuff.
Remember the one-page resume rule:
Try to keep your resume short about one page. Minimize the content by mentioning the key points. Too long resume may cause boredom and the interviewer may lose his interest.
Avoid jargons in your resume:
Initially, use the complete terminology and then you can use the acronym to save time and space, say Business process outsourcing (BPO). If the interviewer is unaware of the terms, he might not get the clear idea about the aspect.
INTERVIEW

"I spend a good deal of my time reviewing resumes for tech-centric roles. Resumes from software engineers, Users, research, product and analytics candidates are the center of my world and have been for some time. Agile, production environments and user-centric design are all part of my daily vernacular. Because of this (or maybe in spite of it) whether we like to admit it or not, all resumes start to look alike1. Which is probably why when we see a resume that breaks the mold, we get all googly-eyed."
