This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially in the corporate world.
Never try to discuss the issues you have faced in the previous job: Discussing much about the problems you have faced in the previous job, might portray your negative image to the interviewer. He may find you incapable of handling situations and therefore not fit for the job.
INTERVIEW

Always check if you have turned off your cell phone: Cell phones ringing in between the conversation might distract you as well as the interviewer. This might irritate the interviewer and may portray negative impact showing your casual approach for the interview. If you want the job seriously, do not take the risk.

Be careful while answering those questions and try to keep on positive tone. Don’t get emotional or express your personal feelings about the issue.
Never ask silly questions that can only be answered by a simple yes or no just to impress the interviewer: The interviewer may usually end up giving you an opportunity to ask the questions. You should include about your qualifications, past experiences, strengths and interests related to work, etc. Don’t repeat what is already written in the resume. The recruiter wants to hear something apart from that. Your introduction is the first impression on interviewer , therefore it should grab his attention so that he takes interest in whatever you say. If he asks you speak more, then he might be testing your communication skills so you can include about your parents and their profession, siblings and other family members. Also, you can speak more about your professional experience and your style of working. 2. Make use of felicitous verbal communication: Sometimes the interviewer might appear warm and friendly to you
